This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iChakras on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

I would give it more starts if I could turn off the notifications or at least turn off the sounds when one arrived. Notifications have arrived at night after 9 pm and they have woken me up. They also sound during the day when I am at work, which is a distraction.

All the features help me unwind and find my center at all times of day. While I'm out for a jog or stuck in traffic, or relaxing at home this app is my personal zen finder. I've been a long time friend and client of Krystal and iChakras paired with her app is her most impressive and affective modality yet.
