How to use Hilt Services App?



For Customers -



Download the App

Register your account as Customer

Choose the Services from the available list

Select the Provider based on ratings and book your appointment

Service Personal visits your home and completes the work

Once Provider completes the work, you will get "Waiting For Payment" on the service details and upon clicking it, you can do the payment (electronic payment or cash) and give rating for the service offered.

Book anytime, any service at your convenience



For Providers -



Download the app

Register Account as Provider

Update Your Profile with Your Service Location and add Your Service Timings

Add all the services in detail and set price for each of the service

You can set availability to On and Off any time

Once Customer book your service, you get an alert and you are free to accept or reject the request

Once you accept the service, use location map to reach customer residence and click on start service button to do the work and after completion, click on complete service button

Upon completion, Customer will get the payment option and once he does payment, you will have the amount details available at dashboard and you can request for redeem the amount anytime.

All Your Services/Payments details are available at your Dashboard.
