There is a side benefit of feeling more relaxed overall and sleeping better. It is worth much more than the manufacture charges. Mr Marks is a very talented hypnotist. This is simple, enjoyable and one of the best things to take positive steps your wellness journey. I consider using this program regularly to be a very important part of taking care of myself & my health.
