About this app

Doctors Direct App is a software application interface for subscribers to the Doctors Direct service specially designed for Mauritius only.

The software is free to download. Subscribers to the Doctors Direct service can then use their assigned login details to use the app based on their subscription level. The service is currently only available in Mauritius.

Based on their subscription level, this app allows our subscribers in Mauritius to :

- Upload their medical details via pdf. or as images.
- Book Doctors Visits at home
- Edit their Emergency medical profile details
- Purchase or Rent Medical Equipments
- Request for medical services like lab investigations, nursing care, physiotherapy, health checks, ambulance service and much more
- Share their medical profile and details with their own doctors
- Recieve their invoices and receipts for services and products from Doctors Direct
- Have their medical records updated with each visit of our Doctors
- Download and share their past medical history records and their Doctors Direct Visit records to facilitate their healthcare providers to better know their medical background and tailor treatment accordingly
- Update and manage their medical emergency profile that can be accessed via their unique QR code on their Doctors Direct HealthSaver Card
- Control the level of access and information that other can have via their assigned unique QR code
- Gain from unique updates on the app that will allow further integration of modern healthcare technology for a superior patient experience

The Doctors Direct App enhances the healthcare experience of our subscriber, and ensures that their entire healthcare providers are in sync with the health status of the subscriber , enabling more efficient, systematic and effective healthcare delivery to our subscribers.
