I have been using this application since last two months, working nice, though it requires login details each and every time. Suddenly a week ago, it did not recognize my username. I talked with the vendor but no solution. Somebody please help where to lodge complaint.

I am using this device since 2 month.. it's worked 2month good.. but before
some days it's was not working.. regarding this matter i was talk with he
didn't resolve my solution.. and he regularly tell me after send money to
him account he resolve my problem... he didn't give customer support
number..

The GPS is always down because of server side issues. Otherwise, it's a good app.
