الجهاز لا يعمل بسبب أن التطبيق لا يعمل والدعم الفني ما يردون عليك وقد ادرجت تقريرا لاستخدامي له حين كان يعمل كالآتي: ، الجهاز فكرته حلوه ولو انها غير عملية في جميع الاجهزة سوى التحكم بالتكييف فهو عملي جدا، عيوبه: 1 التقاطه للوايفاي اثناء الإعداد ضعيف ولذا يجب عليك تركيبه بقرب المودم وضبط الريموت ثم تركيبه في الغرفة المطلوبه. 2 في حال رغيير باسورد النت، عليك اعادة ضلط الجهاز وادخال بيانات الريموت بأكملها مجددا! 3 أحيانا يقرر الجهاز أن لا يعمل ولذا ((مجددا)) عليك اعادة ضبط
