This is the second time I have downloaded your app and deleting it now. I am from Karachi there are very few options for restaurants in my area Johar which has the largest number of restaurants in city but still your app fails to show any relevant restaurants. Also no good deals are there all are available at the same old rates. i hate this app never coming back again.

I’m very happy with Cheetay. This was the first time I placed an order from them. Delivery was before time, piping hot, and delicious to boot. I opted for contactless delivery, and the rider did a perfect job at that. Even offered me sanitizer, which I refused since I washed my hands once I was back inside.

I think all the service and quality of food depends on resturant from which we are ordering...so we should be choosy for that just know the ratings n then name n etc before you order something...but overall i'm satisfied with this app it is way better than foodpanda....

It's been 5 days some restaurant gave me wrong order and i took pictures and everything and it's been days whenever i contact the so called customer service from cheetay they ask everything and say our team will contact you in 24 hours and it's happening since 5 days ..... Worst app ever and the customer is useless .....

Appears good. But the items showing a discount on them have thier original amount fed when you add them to cart. Can you fix this please.

App is available only in selected big cities and there also in selected areas only. Restaurants available on this app are far less in number than on the others app.
