Exactly what I was hoping for. Works great with Tactrix OTG. I wouldn't replace RomRaider with this as far as tuning is concerned, but perfect for grabbing a couple of details on the go or checking LV. One thing I am curious though, is it possible to load a custom logger.xml file rather than adding custom fields one by one? Also recommend to use a larger screen if possible as text values can't be moved when using gauges.

Good app, does what it says on the box. Could use some updates however, a couple bugs here and there, also would appreciate better usb<>serial support for external devices such as wideband AFR

Great value gauges and statistics about your car! 1999 impreza wrx 4speed auto, only works in a Basic mode, which includes boost gauge, coolant Temp, battery voltage, timing, and a few others. But even for the first 2 gauges it makes the app worth it, as it'll be difficult to buy and install separate gauges for this price. Email the developer if your ecu isn't supported, they were quick to respond and let me know how to resolve the issue and view basic gauges from the older impreza wrx ecu.

For Subaru enthusiasts this is the ONLY android app to see ECU data. The popular Torque app only shows generic ODB-II data, which for performance applications is useless. This can access any memory location in the entire ECU at high speed, which allows you to see actual data relevant to engine health and performance. The built in log viewer is also fantastic; I don’t even turn Romraider on any more because It’s quicker to review data on the tablet that dump logs into a viewing program. Thus the tuning laptop can be dedicated to ECUFlash and software related to other piggyback modules. Only thing that would make this better would be support for more USB I/O devices, but as far as the ECU itself this is almost perfect.

Use wired to Tantrix, fantastic app. Big thanks to the developer. Shows what you want, how you want, realtime data with audible alarms for knock or misfire, afr.. you choose. Logging, ecu reset, learning view, fault codes, etc. Like romraider on your phone. Thanks again!

the app does what it described on my Forester STI 07 SG9 JDM. I had emailed the deceloper regard one of the problem of my LV map, where it shown NaN after 0000rpm and load g/rev and maf g/s. After the first email reply, the developer went quiet for weeks not even giving me a note or follow up after I replied second time again.

About this app

This app uses purely the SSM protocol to gather data, which is faster and more comprehensive than the more common ELM327-based solutions. Separate adapter required - see below.

Currently supports the Subaru models below. Please visit http://www.btssm.com for latest info to see if your vehicle is supported.

05-09 Legacy / Liberty GT (LGT), 02-14 WRX, 04-14 STi, 04-09 Forester XT (FXT), 05-09 Outback XT (OBXT)

Designed for proprietary BtSsm Bluetooth adapter that plugs into your car's OBD2 port. Please visit http://www.btssm.com for more info/purchase.

Alternately, a wired approach may be used with a user-supplied VAG-COM/KKL cable or Tactrix OP 2.0 cable. Either wired solution will require an inexpensive OTG/USB adapter for your Android device.
