Big Way cabs claims to have only 5 seats but at the time of bording there were 6 seats. They kicked me out and booked a non AC, uncomfortable TT for me. (I had paid the money for AC Innova Crysta) TT got breakdown in 8 kms. I wasted 4 hrs and I was still in the same location. I informed Big Way cabs about this. When I asked for replacement they denied it. I relied on Big Way Cabs and it was my biggest mistake. Entire day was wasted and I had to took a leave Big Way Cabs. Secondly when my parents were traveling with Big Way cabs there was incident related to passenger bookings and people got injured including driver. my parents were severely shocked and frightened Not a professional service. Not recommended 👎🏼👎🏼 if you want safety and service don't go with Big Way Cabs

There are no timing and location mention in app while booking cabs. For
answers query no one is picking call on given number. Please update this
app and provide better service while booking..there is not enough
information provided on app itself.

It was my first and last journey with bigway cabs. The most expensive but the worst service that I have experienced till date. I had a pickup scheduled for 6-15 and the cab left at 7-30 I spoke to the coordinator several times but it was useless. One pickup was cancelled at the last time but the coordinator was desperate to fill an extra seat like the cool cab guys who leave till the cab is full. Please never travel by bigway cabs. The only person who was cooperative was the driver. He too should resign in my opinion. Waste of 550 rs and several hours of my day.

Worst service. Thay claim 5 seater cab. But many times 6 to 7 seats are carried. This app is also funny.

Useless cab service...the pick up was an hour late and even the extra seat was allotted at the last moment which delayed the cab service by 1 hour
