App is broken today.. can't access parking payment. Receiving errors and can't log in. I can't even pay for parking which is the reason I use this app since I don't carry cash on me. I will probably return to my car with a parking ticket. Thanks bart app staff for my future parking citation.

Thank you for posting useful+detailed "What's New" info. Knowing what it fixes and what version it fixes can be very helpful, unlike other apps posting, "Time for your weekly update!" or other such stupid information - what a waste those are. Then there are the added perms w/no reason. It was nice to have an app that had some good features when I came in from half way across the country to find my way to visit a friend and return to the airport a while back. Keeping it in case I visit again.

The app was broken today and would not load. Gave can not open restart. I did several times rebooted my phone used cell wifi everything. There was no update to apply to the app. I was unable to pay for parking and did not have exact cash so I will probably get a ticket. Station agent website and phone call would not take my report information to contest the ticket. I am posting here a complaint to contest if needed. Thia app should have a backup system to pay for parking that works. It currently

Worked great for a few weeks and now it won't even connect, it says "check internet connection". I used it primarily to pay for parking and to my surprise I was unable to this morning. I hope I don't get a ticket for attempting to rely on this app.
