This is the worst hostel facility you can ever have. They have lot of issues regarding paying back money. They stop responding call from your no. if they owe from you. They become rude when it comes to paying back. Also they have bad communication, will figure out hidden charges for small things once you reach to place after paying from app. Suggest not to opt this.

Not showing proper checkout date , cannot pay rent through this app and stops working most of the time, cannot extend booking instead have to create a new booking every time.

Worst of worst service is provided by this irresponsible organization. Its been 20 days and still they have not refunded my money back. Following up daily and they keep on rejecting my calls. Staff is worse than the organization is. Once they get familiar with the number they do not even bother to respond. So irresponsible and hopeless staff they are having. The staff doesn't even care for the money of their customer.
