Worst app, I booked a ticket on 4 April and the person called me and said we cancel your ticket. Ticket cost is 3187. He said money will be refunded and now he is not even responding to my call, message. I tried to contact abhibus customer care these guys didn't even connect to us. Worst app I ever used. Don't use this at all. Red bus is far better than this.

Worst service. It's you put your money at risk. I booked a ticket through this app and due to some reasons I cancelled it. I was told that I would get money within 5-14 working days. Till now I have not got my money back. I did send email 3-4 times already but they just send the robotic answer and blah blah...it's been a more than a month, till now I haven't recieved my money back. Worst app. Redbus is much better than this app.

Yes, same as everyone here in the review section...I haven't got my refund amount back. It's been 1 month, my ticket was cancelled at march 3rd and today is 4th april. I thought it might be happened because of technical issues, but what I understand now is after seeing all the complaints here is, it's a scam. They deserve a legal approach..need to file a complaint against them...

Please use Red bus instead of this app. Red bus is more accurate and reliable.. I installed this app and saw more number of buses compared to Red bus. After booking, at the day of traveling I got a msg that bus has been cancelled. Now, when I go back to book again, I see the number of buses here and in red bus are same. They are just making travellers to pay more money by forcing them to book on last moment.. cheap marketing trick!!!!

Worst app I have ever used,I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada... ticket has been generated but the mobile numbers of the service provider has not been given,I waited at the location for more than 20 minutes and tried to cancel my ticket in the last 20 mins as there was no response from the service provider...and it's showing cant cancel the ticket now,and I have to take another bus and make my journey....it's totally fraud guys please don't book tickets in this app

Worst App Ever. I Booked A Bus Ticket through this app but when I reached at pickup point, One of the staff members presented there told that it got cancelled but I didn't get any information prior to the boarding time. I've made so many bookings in the past through Redbus/Paytm app & never faced any problem. But this time I had to face problems because of this app. Now I'm not getting any support from abhibus customer care. Also I want to know about my refund??
