The app gives no notifications or confirmations (not even by email) after I pressed "book". It just went directly back to the "Book a cab" default screen. No estimate on how far away the cab is or when it will arrive. I don't even know if it went through to dispatch or not. This app and serv service needs a lot of improvement before I will use it again.

Used the app for the first time today... its soo helpful to have a taxi app that send their driver to the dropoff location as the pickup, despite me seeing my location set as the pickup spot. I just love missing Physiotherapy appointments that need 24hrs notice or I still get billed for, all because of a glitchy app, it doesn't cause setbacks in my progress at all.

Can Only Rate This 2. As much as its good now I can order a cab online, One thing I hate about this app is the fact unless I allow location enabled the app will Not work. I shouldnt have to give it. Obviously Id give my location when placing order. So Disappointed that Co-Op merged with Royal and Crown. It killed them. They used to be so good.

I had a driver say dispatch told him to charge us $25.00 for a trip that cost only $11.50 all because he came from the West End and he doesn't make enough money...taxi 04012 is a thief and will charge you above the metered rate and he says the dispatch approves how they rob the people of Toronto. If they rip off regular customers taking a wheelchair accessible van then think how did they get a contract for WheelTrans someone should check out how this company is doing business...crooks
