This app is ridiculous. It tells me my password is incorrect and then when I try to update it I get told my email is not on file. Then when I try to create a usable account it tells me my phone # is already in use. You need to make it so that I can update it with my phone # if that's the case. I'm about to give up and download the app for the competition. Edit: tried it again but it tells me my email is in use so I try to get an email password reset and it still tells me that it cannot find it

This app sucks keeps crashing doesn't give you proper wait times or driver status get a new app creator

This app is the equivalent of a dumpster fire. At one point it was great because it worked on a regular basis. Now it won't let me sign in with Facebook, so I try to create an account but it won't let me because I'm "already registered with a Facebook account". I've stopped using your service all together because of the inconveniences.

The newest version doesn't stop working like the old did however that's about all I like. I cant see which car is assigned to me on the map. This is especially difficult when a driver will set his trip at already arrived when he is still 5mins or more away. This leaves me standing outside wondering where they are.

The app hardly works and when it does it takes forever. I get a confirmation number and a cab and then my driver switches 3 times and takes up to 45 minutes to get a cab. When I call it takes 15 minutes usually. There used to be a discount with using the app but now there isn't so there is no point in using the app. Most of the time when I use the app it takes too long to find a driver and I end up calling.

The app is terrible. Company is good though. I cannot sign in. I used Facebook to sign in and when I click the button to sign in via Facebook the screen flashes and does nothing. If u try making a new account with another email it tells my phone number is used with another account. And when I sign in with the email it tells me the email was used with Facebook and need to sign in via Facebook
