Downloaded the app tryingnto get a ride in the middle of the night, it estimated 10.20 for the ride. NO drivers were found so I canceled and got charged $12.24 for a service I never even used, and it said it doesn't charge until the the end of the trip type deal. So why did I get charged if a driver was never found and I had canceled???

Only tried calling a cab because it was an emergency and only had cash. Well they won't leave Worcester without a card on file so think again if you think cash is still king in 2023. Terrible customer service too won't be long before cabs are truly a thing of the past.

The app self deleted off my phone and I now can't reinstall it. I hate dealing with dispatch as they are extremely rude. I wish someone would fix this problem.
