I call West-way, they say use the app. The app shows my car 8 mins away. It took him 26mins to get to me, then, during what would have normally been a 8-10 min drive, he takes a quick left off route, and says there's a new street less traffic we'll get there faster", add 20 mins (32 total!) $48 and 5 mins late for my job interview, he says Oops, must have taken a wrong turn, your so pretty I must have been distracted & missed it.🤬 never using Westway again!

I often have to restart my phone for it to work. I can use it three or four times successfully but then I have to restart the phone. Phone is LG 8 Thin Q
