The app is extremely convenient, and the GUI is user-friendly, but it lacks some crucial features: The user *should* able to enter a different starting address from their current location when pre-booking a trip, and there should be an option to add a stop on the way to any trip. Not being able to do either of these is a pretty big limitation of the usefulness of the app.

This app can cause you issues if you were on a tight schedule. I enter my location and destination,it gives the rate and how many minutes is the closest car to you. Once you schedule it goes into waiting. It told me 8 mins for the closest car to me,once I confirmed it went onto waiting status for 15 mins,then I call in and get told there's no cars. Had to cancel and switch to Uber to avoid being late for work

It is not good compared to the older app. The app will not save my default payment settings. I have to change it to pay in car every. single. time. The app does not tell you if taxis are nearby when you open the app, so I'm stuck with "Hang tight a driver is being assigned to you" with 0 indicator of any taxis in the area.

Frustrating! This app barely EVER works. Crashes, freezes, doesn't load correctly. Doesn't always recognise addresses. Surely this app can do better? I wouldn't even give it 1 star but that's the lowest you can assign.

This app and city cabs are the exact same app with the exact same issues. You can set up your account but as soon as you login and try to put in an address it crashes...which defeats the entire purpose of the app

This new app doesn't let me message the driver once they are En Route. I called dispatch so they could message my driver my exact location and the message didn't reach the driver. I even confirmed with dispatch again that the message was sent.
