Only app issue I encountered was it saying my driver was on their way when they were actually here. Overall Mears is a great taxi service, and if I had any other app issues I would have probably called.

The app works fine even though the UI isn't as nice as other similar apps. The estimated cost was different from our final fee by about $10, so it would be nice if the estimating was improved or the cost was locked in when you booked.

Absolutely useless. Constantly freezes up or drops the connection causing it to shut down. Like Mears itself, it's EXTREMELY unreliable.

If I type my friends address, it can't find it, but using the map and arrow it will actually display the exact address I typed. The app needs work to compete with Lift & Uber

Crashes the moment I try to open the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone with no change. Don't waste your time on it.

Downloaded and then denied them access to my files and photos. Why would you need that??? App won't open at all. Tried twice. Uninstalled.
