Good service, app is sketchy

The estimated wait time is so far off. If It is estimated wait time is more the 13 minutes it means that your waiting over an hour. If you are lucky. The address auto detection is off by half a kilometer. And the worse thing is that the app will automatically cancel your "trip" causing your wait time to double..

First use (June 28) worked very well, second use (July 8) no so much. Waited over an hour never got a driver assigned, called and had one within 20 min. Also, you can not use an email twice. I tried to set up the app on another phone and it refused to let me continue until I used a new email.

Used to be able to book rides now it never registers. The "GO" is always grey and theres no way to contact for information

They cancelled my ride after making me wait for an hour without any explanation why. Not happy, I missed something important because of this.
