location feature is so buggy and often sends cabs to the wrong address. even when I manually enter my pickup address, if my phone has Location turned on, the app will send the cab to my estimated location instead of the address I typed in. edit: As I said, even when I fix my address, the autopopulated address is the one used in the booking, and my fix is ignored.

Won't enter my location even when I search for it on the map and copy the address they give me for it, completely useless.

App always freezes and crashes, extremely difficult to use because of this ongoing issue. it's been an ongoing issue for years, please have someone fix these issues. Also all of the cab drivers show up to the wrong address because it has the same civic address and is around the corner, extremely difficult to get service. Update: all permissions are allowed and accepted, it's just you have a terribly developed app that has never worked since it launched.

I am sick and tired of the App crashing... It crashes or freezes when I book a cab about 75% of the time. When no confirmations come through to my phone number, I restart the app and try again with more success. Then I have 2 cabs show up... with one yelling at me for booking multiple cabs... This has happened way too often I feel bad for having multiple cabs pick me up when not needed, and it's not in my control.

Like Uber, but quicker for the wee hours in Bedford. It's more expensive and you must authorize a payment in advance for the ride to the airport. I am not sure if the tip was added automatically, but it appeared on my receipt email. I don't remember hitting the tip button but I intended on tipping the driver in app until I saw it in the invoice. UPDATE: I don't like that being the default behavior. Tipping as an optional TAX doesn't make sense to me in general, but I want to chose to tip extra.

The app is good. There are a couple things that could be better. When you pre book the driver does not know and they show up 10-15 minutes early and some will leave. And if they don't, I find they are annoyed they had to wait so long. The app will say that it will be 10 minutes for a taxi and then I press book and it changes to 1 minute. So now I have 60 second to be ready instead of the 10 I thought I had. Sometimes my location is alittle off, but over all it works good And is easy to use.
