By default, the app automatically adds 15% tips. This is not mentioned during booking the taxi nor it shows up on the receipt. Unless default is changed, it will add the tips automatically for every trip. They should be more upfront about the charges like this. I would prefer Uber or pay cash just to be on the safe side..

It's a good app. The best thing is that you have the option to choose if you can go with your pet and book your trips. However, some drivers don't feel comfortable with my dog, and they make us feel bad. Also, to our dog because she goes nervous in the car, and her attitude changes. Otherwise, I love the app.

Do not use this app if you do not have to. The drivers are really hit and miss, they don't understand how the app has your credit card information and the payment will be handled automatically. They will lock the doors on you and accuse you of stealing the ride when you try to get out and there is no in app method to report this behavior. They have done this to my girlfriend multiple times, she is a tiny woman so this can be quite scary for her as some drivers get very angry right away.

I downloaded the app and ordered a cab ahead of time to go to the airport. The estimate showed $32-34. But, when I got to the airport the price was $50 and this was at 3:00 am...no traffic. On top of that, I prefer to tip the driver directly but after I tipped the driver, my email receipt showed a $7 tip (15%) charge on my card and I didn't even get to choose the percentage. Needless to say, I'll go back to Uber as their price estimates are always bang on and much lower for the same ride.

Seriously. What's the point of this app. The two times ive used it, ive watched my cab pick up other people and drive away. Even though they have my name and pick up location. At least uber drivers make sure they have the right client.... the app can only work if your drivers use it properly... so irritated having to wait twice for one cab ride. I could have walked faster...

No visible actual wait time after the booking time has passed and no car has accepted the booking. No way to see how much I paid for past receipts. My name was spelled wrong by Blueline in their database before when I called to book, which I can see after I downloaded the app and linked to my phone number. There is an edit profile section but I can't change it, it'll just say changes saved but it's actually not. There's a way to connect a card for payments but no actual way to see charges.
