Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Artists & Illustrators on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

the app is slow , doesn't respond well , and there is no bookmark option. wont use again after my subscription is up unless improvements are made.

Keeps crashing. Rubbish!!

You simply cannot log in to use it. !! Utter rubbish app that doesn't work, nor does the portfolio plus app work either, again doesn't like your email address and doesn't recognise any passwords no matter how many you have. Utterby disappointed with staff response, couldn't care less !!

Just received a digital gift subscription and the app and log-in are not working. No response from the app developers or Chelsea Magazines' customer service department so far. Not happy.

Appalling app, very rarely works, if I can manage to login in it says I can only buy the magazine's when I'm already subscribed. Customer service is dreadful, had to threaten them with legal action before they would do anything . How dare you take people's money each month in return for this rubbish.
