I'm not impressed. I wanted to see how this app compared to Zillow or Trulia. After signing up, I started getting a ton of emails that I couldn't unsubscribe from. I had to block them. I can't even readily delete my account. Also, I decided to double check the listings and they were incorrect. For instance, the app showed a house for rent that seemed too good to be true. Turns out it was sold for $1.2 million and wasn't at all for rent. I'll stick with Zillow Rentals and Trulia Rentals.

This app has been really helpful in getting me to identify what I do and don't want in my apartment search. I think a few things could improve, like it's hard to compare properties and manage the list at the same time. I also don't like that even though I've calculated my own range, it suggests apartments 3-500 above what I can pay. Regardless it's a great app and it's made the search easier.

What I like is that you can hit the 💜 love or 👍 a place, and it gets saved in your list. It also breaks up the places by feature, locations, a combo of both. Or it would also show a list of places that has everything you want in a place plus if you don't mind paying more, or just stay in your price range. Your list is a good reference for future searches and keeping an eye on the price if it fluctuates.

I haven't successfully moved into a new place yet, but I feel like if any website or app is going to help facilitate that, this will be the one! It's super user-friendly and straight forward, and certainly not lacking when it comes to quantity of listings. My only complaint is they send WAY too many emails - every time I exhibit interest in any listing it seems like I receive another email from Apartment List following up on the most basic things. I intend to change those settings if possible.

It's like a dating app for apartments! Sorts through the things you don't like so you don't have to. Found my own apartment through this app. Asks you everything from budget, to work location, to pet preferences. Shows you the route to your job and even organizes your search in different categories. Once you find one you like, definitely use that specific apartments website for further details though.

App makes it easy to search for apartments in my area without having to comb the internet. It is saving me a ton of time. Plus, I can contact the properties I like directly from the app. It also gives me all the info I need without having to search and search online. I think this is a great resource for anyone looking for an apartment.
