Good product. Like the app. We've been using this camera for almost 2 years and are very happy with it. There have been times where the connection inexplicably fails but these are rare. Sometimes the software updates result in the app working badly but again this is rare. The camera quality is good enough to see if a baby is breathing in a dark room. It does what it needs to. We have only used the free version and it is sufficient. Stores notification videos for up to a week.

So hard to set up. Such a frustrating time pairing this monitor to the wifi. Like previous poster mentioned, you have to have powerful wifi or it won't connect. Then twice (this last couple weeks) it just stops working in the middle of the night. All of a sudden my app tells me "lollipop camera is offline" and there's no way to reconnect it unless i unplug it and try pairing again. Try that at 3am!! When it's in a working streak, it's a great monitor.

I just had a problem where the Lollipop app had closed on its own in the early morning after being on all night because I got the warning message that Lollipop was causing my android Samsung Galaxy s9 phone to overheat! Never happened before, been using for about 3 months. It was dangerous because I had been sleeping and did not realize my baby monitor was off. Please advise or fix this issue!

Update has made it impossible to use dashboard in portrait mode. Such an expensive camera and the app is utter garbage. It just gets worse and worse. I will be looking for a new baby cam and suggest you look elsewhere to begin with.

The app requires a very powerful internet connection and doesnt have an interface on your phone that allows you to do something else while keeping the window of the monitor opened. The music and white noise options are very limited. I do not recommend it at all. The signals buffers and drops constantly despite living in a small apartment with the lolipop close to our router.

I'm sorry to give such a low rating but it's unreliability for staying connected at times has pushed me too far. Generally we love the camera and app, it's easy to use and works very well... When it works. We can go days even a week with no issue but tonight while trying to keep an eye on my child while they're in the crib and I'm outside the room, it just kept spinning and trying to connect which is useless to me. It may not always do it but it seems like it always does when I need it most.
