I have now the Swiss Keyboard and the correct dictionary, so not a fancy, great, innovative solution, but the job is done as expected. Please note that you need to select the correct keyboard in language settings, it's a bit tricky and some bad comments I see here are related to the fact that people don't know how to use the application.

Brings the Swiss-French QWERTZ keyboard layout with accents "éàè..." to the AnySoftKeyboard application. It's not malicious at all... it is normal that it does nothing as it is an add-on to ASK Useful only if you are in Suisse Romande. First install ASK + this Pack (+ eventually French Pack for Dictionnary), then activate in the settings.

I download it 2 and it still did not show up. I even went in my settings to try and find but it Wasn't there. So if I where you gust don't get it at all
