version 4.84.2_20210617 Please address the issue of our no longer being able to access our images and videos. This is a very important issue for many of us, and your ignoring it is not helping. 20310618: The update yesterday did nothing. The app now crashes whenever I try to access the videos through their album. Still can't locate where the images and screenshots are stored on my cellphone. Also, now not receiving any alerts when set to away mode. This is for all eight cameras.

I use the app to monitor my Yi cameras and for the most part it works well. It's pretty easy to use and there are small bugs, but they are minor. My biggest annoyance is it sends lots of notifications and doesn't group them. So instead of one group saying you have 50 motion detections, you get 50 separate notifications that have to be dismissed

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a Human Being for Support or Billing! 75% of the time I try to I pen the app on my phone to see the view from my camera, and hangs out on 25% but never reaches 100% for me to see what the camera sees. I have 3, 2 of them have this problem CONSTANTLY!! In my HONEST opinion, the app doesn't work properly, ever, and you are on your own with every type of issue you might have. I DO NOT recommend this company or their products!

Cameras and video worked fine until latest update. Now my videos dont show up. Also when I delete daily videos they keep coming back. I would delete 4 or 5 days of daily videos and they keep coming back so I have to delete them several times. Shopping for different cameras. As YI Latest update screwed everything up. I currently have 8 YI cameras and I will be getting rid of them and replace them with other cameras.

EVERY Alert the app asks you if you want to subscribe to Premium Cloud Services! You have to select 'NO,THANKS' before the Yi Home will allow you to watch the clip longer than 6 seconds. I find this ridiculous and hence the 2 star rating. The AI has stopped working and will randomly tell me that there is a human alert. Despite nobody being on the camera.

Latest App still Cr*p... Still unable to download videos direct to mobile without faff of sending it via a share option...all I want to do is record clips of recordings for use later on OUTSIDE of the app! Update (July 21) : still rubbish, no option to save locally. Also, the number of 5 star reviews with very little wording is suspicious.
