This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AOKP/CM Carbon Fiber Lite on PC Windows and Mac.

When applying theme in theme chooser you might get a error saying "This theme was improperly compiled and cannot be applied"

If that doesn't work its probably because your LCD screen density is 160.
Download the following app to change to 180, apply theme, then change back to 160.

ONCE AGAIN, FOR ROOTED USERS ONLY!

This will work for CM10 Theme Chooser, AOKP Theme Chooser, BAMF, you get the idea. IF your rom has a Theme Chooser app and is on Android 4.0 (ICS) or Android 4.1 (JB), than more than likely it will work.

This is built mainly for XHDPI but should work with whatever you're running.

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND MY SANITY - you're obviously rooted if your downloading this, so please just do a backup prior to applying the first time just in case anything were to go wrong you'd have the most current backup possible.
