Why am I not able to track.... My wife was by herself and I wanted to make sure she was safe and she knew that by taking the tracker I would be able to see that she was okay but you're tracking system did not allow me to see where she was at...why

Are you people brain dead ,or do you just not know how to follow directions? I will add this though when your phone is disconnected from the app ,and you click device location it says "No location data". The whole reason I purchased this device was to be able to locate my item when it is no longer around me. If it cant do that then why even sell the device?
