Not compatible with all their own products. Bought a Mila Finder brand new last week. Turns out the app in the instructions doesn't exist, so I found this Mila Finder app, since that's the company that made this product. Didn't work with the product. Emailed them. They sent me to a third party app that was horrible! I should never have tried this. Waste of time.

WORKS FINE It took me awhile to learn how to connect it right because the instructions aren't accurate. But I was able to connect to it and it works great. Just toy with it a bit.

Trash. Doesn't connect to the app even though my Bluetooth connected to it just fine... What did I expect from gas station technology?

Will not connect to items. Every time I reset Bluetooth it is not working

Finder will not pair with phone. Message states "scanning device failed". Sorry I wasted money on this crappy product. Don't waste your money!!

Have attempted to pair with my phone numerous times without success. Contacted customer service by email and after determining that I have a tear-shaped device, he told me to redownload the app and try again. Guess what? Same results.

HOW IT WORKS

To Locate Items: Tap the "Ring" button in the App and the MilaFinder will sound an alert.

Phone Locator: Tap the button on the Mila Finder twice to locate your phone.

Selfie Remote: Go to the camera tab in the app to use your finder as a camera remote.

Disconnect Alert: You can opt to sound an alert whenever the Mila Finder is separated from your phone. If you get outside the Mila Finder range, both your phone and the Mila Finder will sound an alert and the last connected location will be displayed within the map tab in the app. This feature can be disabled in the settings.

Wifi Safe Area: Sometimes you may wish to disable phone alerts when the Mila Finder gets disconnected. To set up a zone where alerts are disabled, just select the correct WiFI network within the app.

Sleep Mode: You can put the Mila Finder to sleep in order to save battery life and avoid unwanted alerts. In the background, Mila Finder constantly monitors your important things through your phone and app.
