I rarely use the program and so far everything worked well. For me, there were no problems with this software. True, I have little experience with it. Of the shortcomings (maybe this is not even a drawback of iTrackEasy itself), I note that the alert from the tracker to the phone loses all meaning on my Android 10 device if the battery optimization for this application is not disabled in advance. It may also be necessary to enable even and autostart of this application in the system. And I would not like that. For now.

Very unreliable The app will show my service dog as being very far away when he is laying right next to me. It will also show him as being 4 blocks north of me when he is in my fenced in yard to the west of me. There is no rhythm or reason as to when the device & app decide to work properly. Unfortunately it fails more often than it works!

I have Dementia and often, I can't "remember" where I've left my devices (Omni Pod as well) .....sometimes, they slip between the cushions of the couch, or I leave them in the laundry room when doing laundry or folding clothes, or in the kitchen when im cooking...TRUST me....the iTrackEasy has given me peace of mind MANY TIMES!!!

Excellent app. Could use extra features, like tons of ring tones to choose from. That's the reason I like CUBE much better.

Why is there a pet option for the tracker when the distance is only about 20 ft? I obviously didn't do my homework on this why the hell would I need this if something is within 20 feet of me especially my dog

The app is set to not turn off and run in the background so I can click the nioji and find my phone or pull up the app and find my keys. Doesn't work though. The app never stays up and I always have to wait about 10 minutes for it to load and find my keys. Because often it will say my keys are about 2 blocks away. Thank God I haven't lost my phone and needed it to find my phone. This app doesn't work. It is however a good idea with crappy output. Definitely needs a lot of work to get it to work
