Clean interface and easy to use. Very happy with the app, and customer support is VERY fast to respond to issues. I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from, I haven't had any issues with it. BTW - if you're trying to connect it to Google Fit and can't find the option like me, it's under Menu -> My Health Dashboard, scroll down till you find the Activity Tracking section.

Horrible App! Very difficult to use. When searching for care, I have to select multiple options just to find the page I am looking for. It should be immediate to find care. Also, I click on maps to see pins to view the provider and no information pops up, I have to go to the drop down list. Difficult to see which one I am choosing. This app needs overall revamp.

It will not let me sign in at all keeps saying wrong user name/password so I went to recover account. I put in member ID. I've double triple checked it still states the same. Very annoying and frustrating. It was super easy to sign in to the original app to change PCP, print copies, etc. Now since that doesn't work I have 2 useless pointless apps.

On several screens, the information presented is too wide, and is cutoff from view - you can't scroll the view to see the obscured portion, and you can't zoom in/out to see it either. What's the point of looking something up in the app if you end up using to visit the website to actually see anything useful? (I can provide screenshots to illustrate this problem)

Terrible, was able to login and see a paid claim, however the second I tried to assign my PCP, the app started freaking out and eventually locked me out because it thought my request were "automated" aka a bot. Great first impression. Currently locked out. Tried to delete and reinstall, still locked and I can't even use a web browser now cause of this.

This app is truly terrible. Half the features don't work. The ones that don't are, of course, the ones that I am supposed to use to earn reward points. And I'm not spending an hour on the phone to get my rewards added every time it doesn't work. Horrible. Don't use if you can avoid it. 8/4/23: Two years later and this app is worse. It now crashes randomly and I haven't been able to view the rewards page for weeks.
