Horrible- does not work! The check-in/ reservation "ID" doesn't work (whatever that was), & my butler had no clue either. Wasted precious vaca time trying to figure it out... worst resort/cruise app ever tried!

Despite entering the code given during check-in, none of the options (room service, restaurant bookings) worked. It just complained that "you need to be in the hotel to use this option". The hotel staff didn't even try to help resolving the issue, they just said not to bother with it because the app is "complicated".

The app was fine. Did its job, nothing spectacular. My group connected with our butler through WhatsApp or iMessage, though, so we didn't really need it for anything.
