Terrible, doesn't work with Android v 8 at all, with or without Bluetooth scan as requested below. Crazy idea but how about rolling out an app that actually works before throwing a billion bikes around the city and charging people? Also signing up for a month subscription still forces you to pay an a la carte fee, even after closing and reopening the app it says there's no balance. Also, the big userguide button prominently displayed on the main screen 404... lol. Utter basura.

I paid $20 for a one month membership and when I tried unlocking a bike, the app told me I needed to add funds. I was in a rush and really needed a bike so I added $10. I tries to unlock the bike again but it said the bike could not be unlocked. I tried a second bike nearby and it said it couldnt be unlocked. Now I'm out $30 and customer service doesnt answer the phone. Ant Bike sucks, in other words..

First and last time: I passed by 4 "bikes" on the map no where to be found. 5th bike would not unlock, like others, a World Map just sits there with the refresh spinning. Tried 3 times, with bluetooth on, $5 in the wallet, and scanned each QR code. As much as I'd like to support bike share, don't even bother with this app or service.

Aptly named company: multiple bugs in app and service. It makes me glad I couldn't unlock the bike I was trying to get, and didn't end up on it in traffic, now that I see how low their bar is for usability and testing.

App did not let me register. Required accepting terms of service but there was no way to do that in the form. Opening and closing them then redirected to some page that never loaded. really disappointing.

I've been unable to register am account for several days. App spins indefinitely on clicking the "register" button. Not sure they're up to their task.
