1. One-Time Schedule Creation
o Define Date Range: Users can specify the exact timeframe for the job by selecting a “From Date” and “To Date,” allowing the scheduling of tasks within defined time limits.
o Zone, Cluster, and Vendor Selection: The schedule can be assigned to specific geographical or organizational zones, clusters, and vendors, enabling targeted job allocation.
o Job Assignment and Workforce Planning: Users can define the job requirements, including:
 Assigning a Vendor Supervisor.
 Specifying job roles and the necessary workforce numbers.
 Adding Vehicle Entry details (if applicable).
 Inputting the tools required for the job and creating an Inspection Checklist.
 Setting the job’s Frequency (whether it needs to occur daily, weekly, etc.).
 Specifying day-wise or date-wise scheduling for complex or recurring tasks.
2. Workforce and Gate Pass Management
o Workforce Entry: Users can enter individual workforce names, assign Gate Pass numbers, and indicate reasons for workforce diversion if applicable.
o Location and Documentation: Each workforce member’s location is documented, and photos (Before Photo) are taken for initial records.
o Checklist/Tools Management: Supervisors use a checklist to ensure required tools and resources are ready and compliant.
o Vehicle-Specific Tasks: In the case of vehicle-based activities, drivers are responsible for recording vehicle Opening and Closing KM as part of the checklist.
3. Before and After Work Documentation
o Before and After Photos: To validate work completion and quality, before-and-after photos are taken by the Vendor Supervisor.
o Remarks: Supervisors enter remarks after job completion, noting any observations or issues.
4. Multilevel Approval and Remarks
o Company Supervisor Review: After the Vendor Supervisor completes the job, it moves to the Company Supervisor, who adds their remarks.
o Senior Supervisor (SS) Review: The Senior SS provides additional feedback or remarks, ensuring multi-layered job verification.
o Closure: Once all reviews are completed, the job is marked as “Closed,” confirming that the task has been completed and reviewed at all levels.
5. Compliance and Penalty Management
o Complaint vs. Actual Work Review: The application compares complaints logged versus the actual work done. If discrepancies arise, penalties can be applied to ensure accountability.
6. Awareness and Reporting for Senior Supervisors
