I really like this app. It doesn't take up much space and it simple to to set up, unlike others I've tried. My only complaint is a small one --I would like to have a few sounds to choose. Don't want my med alerts to sound the same as my text messages.

The app doesn't have the option to create a medicine that must be taken forever.
