About this app

قال القاضي عياض: هذا المذكور في الحديث من غفر الذنوب ما لم يؤت كبيرة هو مذهب أهل السنة، وأن الكبائر إنما يكفرها التوبة أو رحمة الله تعالى وفضله. وقال القارىء في المرقاة: إن الكبيرة لا يكفرها الصلاة والصوم وكذا الحج وإنما يكفرها التوبة الصحيحة لا غيرها، نقل ابن عبد البر الإجماع عليه بعد ما حكى في تمهيده عن بعض معاصريه أن الكبائر لا يكفرها غير التوبة. ثم قال: وهذا جهل وموافقة للمرجئة في قولهم: إنه لا يضر مع الإيمان ذنب. وهو مذهب باطل بإجماع الأمة. انتهى.

قال العلامة الشيخ محمد طاهر في مجمع البحار ما لفظه :

لا بد في حقوق الناس من القصاص ولو صغيرة وفي الكبائر من التوبة، ثم ورد وعد المغفرة في الصلوات الخمس والجمعة ورمضان، فإذا تكرر يغفر بأولها الصغائر وبالبواقي يخفف عن الكبائر وإن لم يصادف صغيرة ولا كبيرة يرفع بها الدرجات. انتهى.

وعلى ذلك فأعظم أسباب المغفرة على الإطلاق التوبة النصوح. قال تعالى: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا تُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَّصُوحًا عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَن يُكَفِّرَ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَيُدْخِلَكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ.{التحريم:8}.
