Please update your widget function so that signs can be updated or changed..setting the time for signs to change...resize the widget..overall its an amazing app! Loved it..Wil give it 5stars if the widget problem is solved!

Hi. Ur app is really great n highly use full. Love ur sign of the day. May I add suggestion. The app functionality will improve much more if u classify the signs in to their respective systems like cvs, rs, etc.

About this app

Art of medicine is based on clinical examination and clinical signs which unfortunately is dying. Clinical signs also form an important part of medical vivas. So we decided to revive clinical signs.

This is the worlds only free android application on clinical signs. We have included all clinical signs which a doctor or medical student or nursing practitioner would like to know in an alphabetical order. You can search any clinical sign from our database, set as favorite and store in favorite folder.

What's more , it has a nice voice navigation system, it can even read the sign for you if you choose to learn a random clinical sign every day you can even opt for that. As per your feedback, we added the "mute button" in the settings folder, once you check on it, settings would be remembered and all sound effects would disappear for ever even if you restart the application.

You can even set it as a widget on the home screen and would change the clinical signs every day randomly. Instead of sending forwarded SMS to all your friends, send clinical signs over WhatsApp, telegram, and any other mobile messaging network and make them knowledgeable too.

Works nicely on android 4.0 and above and all new devices, for lower versions of android some features might not work ( though you may try installing it, it may crash because it has not been designed for it).

If you want to keep clinical signs as widgets on the home screen,then you have to move the apk to phone-memory. Uncheck "Show sign of the day in notification" if you don't want to receive an alarm when the sign of the day changes.
