This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Better Image App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Has same issue that the official Lumix app has. Android 10 connects to camera's WiFi address, but app reports no connection. Must be an Android issue. Would be nice if someone could explain and rectify. Panasonic seem incapable.

About this app

Better Image App is an app to connect your smartphone with your Panasonic camera. It has many functionalities of the original, official Image App from Panasonic, but tries to make the experience more user friendly.

Hopefully, following features will make your life a little bit easier:
- simple overview of the changeable settings
- download as many images from the camera as you want
- change the directory, in which the images are downloaded
- Intervalometer
- reduced traffic between smartphone and camera to increase battery life
- reduced size of the app
- use the back-button like in other apps

I only own a Panasonic G70, so I only could test the App with this camera type. Nevertheless, most features should work with other cameras as well.
