very unprofessional app & customer service team. tickets are sold to multiple people. App Team will contact you at last moment & tell due to techincal issue & rain they gt multiple booking problem. will ask u to travel in lower class or schedule travel on next day. today i had faced similar issue. Very unprofessional Team. I am surprised how google is allowing such apps in Play store. i have recorded my unpleasant experience with this App. Tomo will update in Youtube,FB,Twitter & social media

one of the worst app in google play store...they do not respond my mail even i mail them for 2 times.....and again the contact no is not reachable......don't install it....

After Nuakhai I had to travel from Balangir to Bhubaneshwar to catch a flight to New Delhi. All the buses are occupied well in advance. I tried calling all the conductor on my phone book. No one came in for the rescue. Finally, I could manage a ticket on Bookbus, that too seat of my choice. Great experience!
