I don't get any of the counts to show up in my badges and I do have the pro version. Why us this the case. My last phone it worked get and that was using the old version if Apex. When used with Apex Launcher Pro, I get unread counts will show up in badges on application icons. Please enable Apex Notifier in Apex Settings > Notification Badge.

Sweet. It is Official, Notifier no longer sucks monkey balls. Looks like all the issues I had are resolved! Kudos!!! - Notifier WAS a tragedy on arrival. Hats off to the developers for fixing Gmail issues. Now badges aren't working on Facebook but that is still on me. Great save. Communication on what you are working on might be nice. Thanks!

The notification badge shows the wrong email count for the Gmail app. For example if I have 1 unread email, the notification badge for Gmail will show the number "2" instead of just "1". Similarly, if I have 2 unread emails, the notification badge will show "4" and so on. It doubles the number and it's frustrating. Please fix this bug. This has been happening for over a year now. The device I am using is an unrooted Samsung Galaxy S7, running Android 8.0.0.

I dont think the developers know this imporant detail..you see, us customers wanted an app that accurately displays notifacations along with correct badge labels etc. Dev must have accidently made this app because all it does is collect background info and crash. Then send report automatically. Rinse repeat, turnip the beet. You know its an app by the way its in the app store. Also, it comes with a nothing inculded gaurentee of all possibles nothings.Confuse. Idk what an apple fritter isnt?

K-9 Email Notification no longer works with Samsung Galaxy S10+. This use to work great on Samsung Galaxy S8+, upgraded phone, which has new Android version and now when attempting to enabled the K-9 Email notification badge, i continuously get the "uninstall and reinstall" message, despite uninstall just Notifier, and tested uninstalling all 3 apps [Apex Launcher, Apex Notifier, and K-9 Email]. Please fix soon. I have paid for Apex Launcher Pro, so I do have funds invested in your apps. Thanks!

Only 3 Stars from me because the Icons are looking not good anymore. It seems that this Plugin does not support the Alpha Channel on the Icons, so the Icons are looking bad on the borders. Hope you fix that

About this app

Apex Notifier is an extension application for Apex Launcher Pro. It provides notification data to the main Apex Launcher app and does nothing on its own. Unread counts will show up in badges on application icons. Please enable Apex Notifier in Apex Settings > Notification Badge.

Supported Apps
• Missed Calls
• Unread SMS
• Calendar Appointments
• Gmail
• HTC Mail
• Samsung Email
• K-9/Kaiten Mail
• Battery Level
• Stock Email
• Google Hangouts
• WhatsApp
• Google Play
• Google Voice

Notes
• Unread SMS provides the number of unread messages, not unread conversations.
• Gmail unread count requires Gmail version 4.0.5 or higher.
• If you update Gmail or install K-9/Kaiten Mail after installing Apex Notifier, you may have to re-install Apex Notifier to get proper permissions.
• Notification data for Email, Google Voice, and Starbucks are retrieved from widgets. Please set up your account in those apps first. Depending on how often each app refreshes its widget, data may not be updated in real time.
• Features listed under Labs are experimental and may stop working in the future.
• Please install Apex Launcher before installing Apex Notifier.
• Apex Notifier only works with official versions of Apex Launcher Pro. Please do not ask for support if you are using a modified or pirated version.

Feature Requests
For now, only apps listed above are supported. Integration with additional apps may be implemented in the future if there is official API or public content provider.

Developers: Apex Launcher Pro also supports notifications from other apps. Please check out the notifications API at http://goo.gl/NC8EO

New features

Because Google Play doesn't allow Notifier to use READ_CALL_LOG and READ_SMS permissions, we removed these two so that it may cause inaccuracy for unread calls and messages in some devices.
