Our Website and Mobile Applications are to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of our members' protected health information (PHI). We collect and disclose such information only according to our strict confidentiality policies and federal and state laws designed to maintain privacy, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule.
