After reading a message the notification doesn't disappear. Also havent been able to change the notification sound. I pick different sound but then the same one keeps playing.

Issue based been occurring the past 2 months or so. Pages will be sent to my phone but no Audio notification, only a 2 pulse vibration. It worked fine the prior year and a half. I have an an android phone, the volume is at max, chimes is selected in the app and the phone was restarted this morning. All other apps/notifications still have audio notifications. On another occasion I had restarted in the evening, but then pages after midnight had the same issue with no audio.

This app is very poor since one is not able to choose which dialer app to use when phoning a patient. I use an app called Doximity so the patient sees my office number & then knows to answer and they don't get my cell number. When I have to navigate away to place the call & then go back to it, the app has closed and I am forced to sign in again. This is a ridiculously dumb requirement. I am not happy with this app at all.

Contacted customer service a month ago via an online form. No contact yet. I had this application working on my old phone. After switching phone, can't get it to work.

App stopped sending audible notifications. Developers responded quickly to my email - changed the ringtone set in my app & restarted phone & issue was resolved.
