Will not connect reliably with Samsung Galaxy A33. Often the phone itself indicates an active Bluetooth connection, but the app is constantly trying to connect. On the occasions when there is a connection, the audio quality during phone calls is appalling with constant drop-outs lasting half a second or so. Amplifon really need a) to fix the many and various problems, and b) to train the shop staff to help customers, many of whom are unlikely to be very tech savvy.

EDIT: Come on, fix your app! Tried to call 911 as I was 1st at the scene of an accident. Couldn't hear the dispatcher. I had to shut off my hearing aids to use phone. Would give 0 stars if had that option! Phone works only in right ear (when it works) I have to constantly shut off my hearing aids to get my book to stream through my hearing aids. It is constantly dropping the left ear once I get it going. Horrible app! Such a shame, I love my hearing aids.

After it told me my latest Motorola phone was not compatible I also found the Samsung S23 is not compatible. You need a $350 accessory for any compatibility. It is also very basic. It has 2 functions, volume and a couple of modes which aren't much different. It will actually play media but it plays it at 1 volume, loud. I've tried the app and phone volume, no go. It's either mute or loud. Considering some of these aids are worth $12k this is a huge fail! It doesn't even monitor the battery.

Possibly one of the worst user interface designs for what should be a simple utilitarian app interface. Irrelevant background graphics, unnecessary animations. Slide bar option selections where a grid of available customisations would be more appropriate. A prominent mute function selection "button" instead of the tiny symbol to the left of the equally small volume adjust slider. A mute function that works consistently, currently it seems to randomly unmute or umutes when the app is dismissed.

Very limited functions. The app stops connecting to your hearing aids and has to be re installed . This is totally a waste of time. Try better.

Problems, occasionally, that the hearing aids do not connect with the app. Means switching everything off and starting again. Annoying, but the hearing aids are great.
