This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyXtate Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

MyXtate Pro is a community management app, tailored for apartment complexes, gated estates, and communities.

Residents with the MyXtate app on their mobile phones can schedule gate passes for their guests, domestic staff, and workers; panic buttons to alert security, and much more.

All activities carried out with the app have dual notifications built into them. The gate pass will be delivered to the incoming guests/workers by SMS and/or email; upon arrival and clearance at the gate, the residents also will be notified by SMS and/or email. The same notifications are available for the departure of guests/workers, and the activation of panic buttons.
