What an awful experience and worthless service. Validation of the documents fails for no reason and it really can be anything in their fantastic automated process. You don't get any feedback, in case you could actually solve the issue. You call them and they tell you they can't access the feedback from the automated validation, because... Why not? This is how you treat potential business. Welcome to digital business in 2023. Just like a mild episode of Black Mirror. Don't bother with them!

After renting a car they blocked my account because the previous client damaged one of the tires... even with extra insurance, the support doesn't care or check previous PICTURES of the DAMAGES ON THE car.
