Overpriced for low quality vegetables with delivery charges. There is no option in the app to modify the subscriptions. The delivery method is very unprofessional. Most of the packings are damaged during delivery. You have started this service more than a year back and nothing has been improved. Learn from milkbasket and bbdaily how they manage the delivery and app.

App has a lot of bugs and it needs to be fixed urgently. One example: One item in the order list was not delivered on the date given but it did not show up as a pending order for the next day. We had many issues in the previous order and even the customer care representative acknowledged that there are bugs in the app and that they manually enter the available items in their database due to which some items may not be delivered if ordered after hours.

Why launch apps that's not working. The app is very buggy. I some have managed to get the milk subscribed for one month. The delivery will be on random time. And finally they have stopped the delivery and said they cant deliver at malappuram and will refund the balance. You guys cant even deliver a milk packet how are you going to manage daily needs.

Incredible management of service, meticulous delivery executives and prompt customer support, almost instantaneous. AM Needs as a service provider deserves 5 stars. The one deduction is for app that needs slight improvement because payment gets cancelled whenever I minimise to read OTP.

Most of the items are out of stock. Try to stock what is in the list. Delivery charges are high. Of late I have found that some of the items from the confirmed list of items are short-delivered by the delivery boy and he says he will inform the office and they neither refund nor deliver. When tried to contact the office they informed they would call back and would never do so and the customer is kept in darkness as to what action will be taken about the short delivered items. They don't inform.

Service/phone assistance/delivery systems - simply superb 2. Been using for sometime now ... will REPEAT service/delivery systems are out of this world !
