Downloaded and tried to charge at one of their locations. Paid via credit card and then the charger would not charge. Contacted customer service and just got radio silence. So zero charging yet £10 out of pocket. Beware if you have an issue their is no one to help you. Which is ashame as it has some good located chargers yet zero customer service support.

Just points at the website which is an awful experience on mobile with low signal. Please get rid of the pointless map and just have a simple list of chargers available preferably the favorites. I hate to say it but the 1990s html site prior to the new one was more useful even if it was bearly functional.
