About this app

Migraine Log App from Amgen allows you to participate in a research study focused on assessing the burden of migraine. This Mobile App will be used to track the days patients experienced headaches, associated symptoms and the medications they used for their headaches. In addition, impact of these migraines on physical functioning will also be assessed.

• Headache occurrence
• Symptoms
• Triggers
• Level of headache severity when as needed medication was taken
• Reason for migraine medication discontinuation, if applicable (will include medication name and acute vs. daily, question will be asked only for medications patient noted they are taking in the app)
• Level of difficulty to do activities that require concentration, during headache
• Amount of rest needed due to headache
• Level of difficulty in performing activities of daily living (ADLs), during headache
• Absenteeism/presenteeism due to headaches:
• Migraine-related HRU

Patients will be asked to complete a survey about the App
- Did they share the information with their physician
- Helpfulness of sharing the information in the App
- Did app help them better understand the patterns of their headaches
- Did the app help participants play a more active role in the management of their headaches
