Piss poor service. I had to sign up twice on 2 different apps. My insurance companies app and this one. Took all day to get to a doctor and got logged in a call just to get hung up on while having chest pain. Do not recommend this service

wow! easy to use from the comfort of my own home. So far, great experience than you. 1/20/2025 They changed everything. For the past year, you have to use a computer because it doesn't work on the phone. I have five kids and it's very difficult to get a straight diagnoses. There are some very good doctors on here, but if you miss the beat on logging on (I have counted 7 seconds) they cancel you. I'm currently waiting to be seen after a provider ditched the appointment and now we wait. again.

Customer service has a lot of opportunities. If you are planning on using their services for a more convenient Healthcare access this is not it.
