Amazingly convenient app! Used this for the first time a few days ago with a sinus infection and it was extremely easy to use, not to mention cheaper than going into the clinic! I was able to see a doc late in the day, too, around 6:45pm on a Thurs evening. Doctor was pleasant and asked all the relevant questions in a timely manner so appt was quick, less than five minutes. No issues when picking up my prescribed prescription, went right to the pharmacy of my choice the following morning.

Everything went well I was able to talk in discuss everything with my doctor. But towards the end I could not hear her hardly at all...she had to write the medicine on a piece of paper and show me so I would know what to get over the counter.

This was not thought thru. When I had my first appointment, I had to wait and wait, then I did get through it kept dropping me out then I got a "physician is not available". In, addition, although my phone is Android, I use Mac's at home. The app is not compatible with Mac but only iPhone and iPad. Kind of dumb. No, l et me rephrase that, " kind of stupid". A person should be able to use AveraNow on "all" devices.

We were on vacation and used this app early on Sunday morning instead of the local urgent care center. (kiddo with pink eye) It was AWESOME. The family doctor we chose took lots of time with us and did a great job explaining things. The app helped us find a pharmacy very near us and were had medicine 30 mins later. This service saved at least half a day of our vacation. Thank you Avera for providing this service!

Really liked this "office visit"! I didn't have to hurry through traffic, no fussing with my dog who thinks she needs to come with every time I back the car out.! I still think if you have something you need to have the doctor look at, it is best to go in, but I did enjoy this!!

This app is really convenient. If you're sick or not feeling good you can schedule a virtual visit. They will send your prescriptions to your pharmacy. The app is really easy to set up and use. With the pandemic and all I see this becoming more normal.
